Job: Kare was bred as a specialized domestic slave, trained to do chores in the home at his Master's pleasure. While he also provides lucrative blood and other 'services' to his Master Freyr, his usual duties consist of keeping the assassin's home and clothes clean, fix him meals, and provide minor medical assistance when needed.

Experience: Kare is a Seraphim who had the unfortunate fate of being born to a family of Seraphim slaves in Nero. The very purpose of their child was to grow up as yet another slave to be sold to a Nayu Master, most likely to serve as blood cattle or a sex slave. However, Kare was picked to be trained as a domestic servant instead, given his exceptional intelligence. At the age of 8, his Nayu handlers began a training regime that lasted throughout his whole life. He was taught discipline, obedience, and that his sole purpose in life was to serve a designated Nayu master. Most of his training was learning how to do house chores such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. He was also taught how to read and write in order to better serve whoever he was sold to. Kare was of a submissive character and did little to resist or even question his status as a slave. Having been separated from his parents at a very young age, Kare never really got to know them. His childhood was spent among his handlers and other Seraphim slaves. Unlike some of his counterparts, Kare seldom got into trouble and avoided participation in any kind of scheme to escape. In fact, he looked forward to being sold to a Nayu master. In his mind, he saw it as an opportunity to show off what he had learned. As he grew older, he began to feel like he had no purpose. With no one to serve and most of his time dedicated to re-learning new things, Kare became increasingly restless as he became an adult. However, his dream of serving a Nayu soon became true.

Kare was bought by a young member of the Dolofon, a man by the name of Freyr. Nearly 5 years his senior, Freyr wasn't exactly what Kare had in mind. Over the years, every single Nayu that had shown interest in buying him were older men and even women. Excited to begin his new job, he eagerly followed his new owner home and settled in. His name, 'Kåre' was given to him by Freyr himself, after his new owner discovered that the Seraphim slave handlers referred to their 'cattle' by numbers or derogatory nicknames. Ever since then, Kare has faithfully served Freyr by mostly doing chores around the house such as cleaning, laundry, first aid, and keeping Freyr's home tidy. He has also been taught how to properly clean Freyr's weapons and armor, along with basic sewing skills.

Motivation: Kare's has become very fond of Freyr and loyal to him in the short time he has served him. For someone who was bred exclusively for servitude, he is relatively well-treated, given clothes, food, water, and most everything he could ask for. He doesn't complain for the most part and believes that compared to other Seraphim, he is living a life of luxury. Having been trained since an early age to serve, he knows very little outside his slave life. While he has been allowed to educate himself by reading books and other lore, his loyalty to Freyr keeps him around. Not to mention, he strongly believes that he would be useless as anything else, a likely symptom of his early indoctrination.
